By booking an appointment, you are reserving dedicated time for your service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge for the scheduled service.

This policy is not a punishment but a consideration for the time reserved for you and the impact last-minute changes may have on the business and other clients.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Appointments must be secured with a credit card at the time of booking. We will not allow an appointment to be held without one.

Adjustments Policy:

If you're not completely satisfied, don't hesitate to contact us within 5 days of your appointment to schedule an adjustment appointment. Requests after 5 days may incur additional fees.

Before Your Appointment

How to Prepare for Your Curly Cut

  • Arrive with clean, dry hair (washed the day before if possible) so your stylist can work with your natural curl pattern.

  • Avoid straightening or styling your hair beforehand. Come in with your curls in their natural state.

  • Keep products light—avoid heavy creams, gels, or oils that may weigh down your curls.

  • Do not come with your hair in a bun, ponytail, twists, or braids.

  • Please keep your hair down before your appointment to avoid stretching your curls.

How to prepare for a color appointment

  • Hair should be clean: The myth that hair needs to be dirty for coloring is just that—a myth! Clean hair ensures that the color processes evenly and your scalp is free from buildup. Wash your hair 1-2 days before your appointment for the best results.

  • Wear comfortable clothing: We recommend wearing dark-colored clothing to avoid any potential staining from color splashes. Avoid wearing white or light-colored clothing, as it may stain during the coloring process.

  • Be ready to discuss your color goals: Bring reference photos or be prepared to discuss your ideal color. Whether you're looking for a subtle change or a bold transformation, your stylist will help guide the process.
